Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 april 2021 are required by the executor mr ping soong low care of jac lawyers c/o canning vale serviced offices, 15-16/64-66 bannister road, canning vale, wa 6155 to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than (1) one month after date of advertisement after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim of which he then has notice.
