The City of Albany resolved on 28th May 2019 to make the Waste Amendment Local Law 2019. This local law amends the City of Albany Waste Local Law 2017, modifying clauses related to refuse, general waste receptacles, occupier definitions, duties of owners/occupiers, receptacle exemptions, damaging/removing receptacles, and receptacle use in public places.
