Notice is hereby given that the partnership previously subsisting between sandman investments (acn 600 591 044) as trustee for the pearson family trust (sandman) and tanway nominees (acn 600 113 648) as trustee for the marles trust (tanway) carrying on business at shop 180/26 sharpe avenue, karratha, western australia under the name ‘empire6714’ has been dissolved by mutual agreement as and from 30 june 2016. From that date, the business has been carried on by tanway. Sandman will not be responsible for any liability in relation to any debts incurred in the name of ‘empire6714’ arising from 30 june 2016.
