Retail trading hours variation order 2022 made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the act. Authorises general retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Collie local government district to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, on specified days and during specified hours during Christmas 2022 and on public holidays in 2023.
