In the matter of the estate of Albert Jordan Bentley, late of 15 Grenadier Court, Warnbro in Western Australia, chemical engineer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 September 2021, are required by the administrator of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
