Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4th day of may 2025, are required by the executor, russell vincent berriman, to send the particulars of their claim to royal cornell, po box t1842, east perth western australia, by the 11th of november 2025 after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice.
