Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13th day of January 2023, are required by the executors and trustees, being mr paul petrus alexander akkermans and mr michael hendrikus mario akkermans, of c/- mort & associates, of po box 20, cannington, wa, 6987, to send particulars of their claims to them at mort & associates of po box 20, cannington, wa, 6987, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors and trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
