Enacts the City of Gosnells Dogs Local Law 2020, repealing the 2011 version, to regulate dog ownership and kennel establishments within the district.

The council of the City of Gosnells resolved on 11 February 2020 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Gosnells Dogs Local Law 2020 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Gosnells Dogs Local Law 2011 published in the Government Gazette on 6 July 2011 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
