Notice Text
Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 december 2018, are required by me the administrator, lawrence anthony marshall to send particulars of any such claim to the estate’s administrator at unit 4, [contact details redacted] 6056, by 30 october 2019. After that date i will convey or distribute the assets with regard only to the claims of which i have notice.
