These regulations amend the Juries Regulations 2008. Regulation 4 is amended to allow the summoning officer to pay a fee equal to lost income due to jury service, exceeding $1000 if undue hardship is proven. Application must be made within 3 months, extendable by the summoning officer. Schedule 3 is amended to correct a section reference and spelling.
