In the matter of the estate of Joseph Alexander North, late of Glen-Innes Farm, Morawa in the state of Western Australia, retired farmer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 October 2016, are required by the executor Thomas Johannes Thuijs, to send the particulars of their claim to Tom Thuijs c/- Encompass Financial, po box 1865 Geraldton wa 6531 by 30 November 2019, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
