Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Gregory Wayne Sutherland, who died on the 24th September 2023, are required by the executor Travis R Sutherland to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
