Dissolution of partnership (Partnership Act 1895) for Significant Other Creative Agency, Suite 2, 51 King Street, Perth WA 6001. Effective from 30 June 2022, the partnership of Matthew Ernest Wilson of 4 Longroyd Street, Mount Lawley, Luke Williams of 23 Coode Street, Bayswater and Caitlin Totten of 4 Longroyd Street, Mount Lawley in the State of Western Australia who traded as Significant Other Creative Agency will be dissolved. Matthew Ernest Wilson and Caitlin Totten will continue to operate the business under the company Significant Other Creative Agency Pty Ltd, and shall be responsible for all the debts and liabilities thereof.
