Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the town of Victoria Park. Pursuant to section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before the 31st October 2022, or within fourteen (14) days of the date you become the owner or occupier should this be after the 31st day of October 2022 and thereafter up to and including the 30th day of April 2023, to clear inflammable matter on land owned and/or occupied by you in accordance with the requirements outlined.
