Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased, who died on 13 december 2016, are required by the personal representatives, elizabeth anne gillespie and hugh duncan gillespie c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, 443 albany highway, victoria park wa 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by monday 21 august 2017, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
