Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 january 2024, are required by the executors, dean barry robertshaw and lisa anne robertshaw to send particulars of their claims to them at 18 sittella turn, joondalup 6027 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
