A Mercedes 250 SE DHC (Vin: 11102322086612) came into the possession of Memory Lane Classic Cars Pty Ltd on or around 31 October 2017 when it was brought to Memory Lane for repairs. The vehicle has been available for redelivery or collection since May 2018 from Memory Lane’s premises at Bayswater. You were given notice on 18 November 2024 that the Vehicle was situated at Memory Lane’s premises and was ready for collection or re-delivery. Unless not more than 1 month after the date of giving this notice you either take redelivery of the goods, or give directions for their redelivery Memory Lane intends to make an application to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them.
