Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 November 2024, are required by the trustees, Christine Nicole Otter et al, to send particulars of their claims to po box 260, hamilton hill western australia 6963, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
