In the estate of michael francis wimbridge who died [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being peter angus tibbits, care of angus tibbits solicitors, suite 9, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by 16 january 2024, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
