Governor in Executive Council approved Curtin University Statute No. 14—Revocation. This statute disestablishes the Curtin University Foundation and its Board. Funds are to be managed and applied by the University. The Previous Statute (Statute No. 14—Curtin University Foundation, published 21 January 2020) is revoked.
