Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Wilgie Hills Ochre Quarry Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Wilgie Hills Ochre Quarry. The boundary consists of the area labelled 'A' and 'B' on Deposited Plan 426194.
