Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 1 december 2021 are required by the personal representative, luana lisandro c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by monday, 9 january 2023 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
