In the estate of Charles Woodward Weaver late of 22 Simcoe Way, Caversham in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 October 2023, are required by the Administrator, Robin Woodward Weaver, po box 1009, Willagee Central, wa 6156 to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
