Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 april 2025, are required by the executors, jennifer louisa delaney and robert henry davidson to send particulars of their claims to the executors, care of 38 warragoon crescent attadale wa 6156 within 31 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which the executors of the estate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
