Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 7 December 2005 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 December 2005 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 06/12/2025.
