Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 15 march 2024, are required by the personal representative david john ablett, care of carter dickens lawyers, of level 7, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claims to him with 31 days of the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
