Approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for the Cape to Cape MTB 2025 and a Cycling Road Race on various dates and roads in the Shires of Augusta-Margaret River, Nannup, City of Busselton, City of Kwinana and Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. Suspends regulations to allow cyclists to ride in a peloton and overtake each other.
