In the matter of the estate of ethel brown, late of maurice zeffert home, [contact details redacted] of western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 12th day of august 2018, are required by the executors, raymond bernstein and garry evan same to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of [contact details redacted] state of western australia, by the 29th day of october 2018, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
