Any creditors having a claim on the estate of the late Ian Gillies McElhiney late of 32 Helm Street, Maddington WA 6109, deceased 22 May 2020, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Barbara MacDonald 118 Elizabeth Street, Beckenham WA 6107 within one (1) month of today’s date, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
