Any creditors having a claim on the estate of the late Ian Gillies McElhiney late of [contact details redacted] 6109, deceased 22 May 2020, are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, Barbara MacDonald [contact details redacted] 6107 within one (1) month of today’s date, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
