Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased persons listed below are required to send particulars of their claims to the legal personal representatives of care of Kott Gunning, level 8, [contact details redacted] 14 april 2020, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
