This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005. Clause 19(4) is amended to change the date from 30 June 2020 to 30 June 2021. Pilbara Energy Company is exempt from the Electricity Industry Act 2004 section 7(2) in relation to the construction and operation of the Pilbara Energy Connection.
