Christopher John Dawson, State Emergency Coordinator, extends the emergency situation declaration made on 2 February 2021 at 1500hrs, in respect to the Wooroloo Bushfire. The area of the State to which the emergency situation declaration applies is the Shire of Mundaring and City of Swan. The emergency situation declaration is extended for a further period of six months, until 12 February 2022. The only powers that may be exercised are those under section 69 and section 72 of the Emergency Management Act 2005.
