Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 22 january 2021 are required by the executors, patricia dowsett and melissa dowsett, 17 mofflyn circle, east victoria park 6101, to send particulars of their claim to them by 5 july 2021, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
