Notice is given that the electricity retail licence for ATCO Gas Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 90 089 531 975), with a business address at 81 Prinsep Road, Jandakot WA 6164, has been amended. The amendment involves the removal of the βOffer to connectβ obligation in Schedule 1, Clause 3 of GDL8 as it relates to the Albany Gas Distribution System only, effective 30 July 2026.
