Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 20 november 2017, are required by the personal representative melissa janet mary humann of 52/3 rockley road, south yarra, victoria 3141, to send particulars of their claims to her by the date one month from the publication date, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
