Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Albert John William Hearn, late of Capecare, [contact details redacted] 29 march 2018, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of albert john william hearn deceased, care of young & young, [contact details redacted] 22nd day of august 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
