In the matter of the estate of John Michael Collins late of 141 Edward Street, Perth in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 28 May 2021, are required by the executor, Peter Raymond Collins to send particulars of their claims to Peter Raymond Collins, 23 Dorchester Turn, Canning Vale in the State of Western Australia within 1 month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
