Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Dundas resolved on 17 February 2026 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dundas Parking Amendment Local Law 2026 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Dundas Parking Local Law 2025.
