Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 march 2021 at regents garden aubin grove, 248 lyon road, aubin grove in the state of western australia, are required by the trustees robert alfred warren and wesley robert warren, c/- avon legal suite 7, 9 the avenue, midland in the state of western australia to send particulars of their claims to them within 1 month of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
