This order amends the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985. It inserts Schedule 15, the Fourteenth Supplementary Agreement, which amends the definition of 'Cruise Ship' and clause 22 regarding gaming on cruise ships. The agreement is between the State of Western Australia, Burswood Nominees Limited, and Burswood Resort (Management) Limited.
