Revokes and replaces previously gazetted classifications of prescribed vocational education and training qualifications as listed. Decision applies to new training contracts only and will take effect one calendar month after publication. The Minister’s decision shall not invalidate a school based training contract for the qualifications listed above that was active on the day the decision was published in the Gazette.
