Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 11 january 2025 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor, anna catherine fletcher, care of murfett legal, level 2, 111 wellington street, east perth wa 6004 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which she then has notice.
