Basis of Rates — Shire of Wandering — Gross Rental Value
Determines that the Shire of Wandering will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on land in Schedule A and Schedule B.

I, Tim Fraser, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28 (1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 11 November 2021, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Wandering as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in Schedule A and Schedule B is to be the gross rental value of the land.
