Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 july 2025, are required by the executor, amberly kilmartin, to send particulars of their claims to suite 1004, 1101 hay st, wa 6005, within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
