Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 july 2018, are required by the executor, debra nora ward of 1264 mcknoe drive, morangup, western australia 6083, to send particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
