These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment (Cat and Dog) Regulations 2018. Part 1 comes into operation on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. Part 2 amends the Cat Regulations 2012, and Part 3 amends the Dog Regulations 2013.
