Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. armstrong claire maree pa 0781 davis donna elaine pa 0773 langworthy learna michelle pa 0835 nitschke paul pa 0740 oman niall kevin pa 0838 thomson daniel leon pa 0169.
