Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 january 2023 are requested by the executor, care of bnt legal, [contact details redacted] their claims to the executor at the above address, within one month from the date on which this notice is published, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
