Made under the Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2017 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2017 commencement proclamation 2017. The Petroleum Legislation Amendment Act 2017, other than part 1, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
