In the matter of michael herbert jones, 125 nolan road, muchea, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 29th july 2018, is required by the executors, graham john and patricia jane williams, to send particulars of their claim to 61 cunliffe street, lancelin wa, hereof one month from publication, after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which the executors then had notice.
