In the matter of michael herbert jones, [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 29th july 2018, is required by the executors, graham john and patricia jane williams, to send particulars of their claim to [contact details redacted] publication, after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which the executors then had notice.
